Ms.Yateem is the first Emirati that is a Board Certified Behavior Analysis . She has extensive experience in working with individuals of different age groups that are diagnosed with autism. Ms. Yateem also has immense experience in training special educators, therapists, nannies, parents, siblings, and other personnel in all aspects of teaching children with autism.”

She actively participated as a speaker for both national and international such as TEDX, UAE Embassy, in France and Germany and as a guest speaker in Association of Behavior Analysis International. ”
She is the founding consultant of Sharifa Yateem Consulting and Sharifa Yateem Rehabilitation Center, as well as cofounder of ABA-UAE ABAI affiliated chapter. Ms. Yateem is also the creator of Tokenat Application.
